A second floor furnished room for rent. It comes with a desk and new bed frame with brand new mattress. Utility, laundry and internet included. Very convenient location. Short walking distance to bus stops and grocery stores. New stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, dining table and laundry machine / dryer. Be noted that no parking spot available.
About the Roomies
Currently first floor and second floor are shared with 4 residents. They all respectful, neat and quiet people with different working schedules. The new roommate I'm looking for is expected to fit the profile as well.
