Second bedroom in shared two bedroom apartment. Apartment is located in the front unit of a converted house, the unit has two entrances. A private front entrance & a shared back entrance connected to the shared lobby.

Please imagine the room empty; brown hardwood floors, light blue paint (can be painted), large window catches lots of day light. The room with be thoroughly cleansed and cleaned before move in.

Rent is inclusive of unities / internet . Laundry on site, coin operated. Room for 1 vehicle Located on bus route , close to college, hospital , and downtown.

Snow removal and garbage are managed by building, wonderful neighbourhood and great neighbour’s.

Laid back queer (cis) male, and a sassy but affectionate 2 year old female cat - the human is 420 friendly, the feline doesn’t seem to mind too much regardless , as long as you know how to give good pets. (The cat is definitely accustomed to being the only animal, not sure how that would work out- however I love all animals)

Both of us are homebodies , even prior to covid, and would like to share this space with an individual who doesn’t mind homebody type individuals.

A typical day for me would look something like binging a good show, listening to some of my favourite songs, maybe picking up a new book or an old one, occasionally I like to bust out some paints and get creative. And my friends would probably describe me as a hippy/tree hugger kinda guy.
