The room has an ensuite bathroom, and there are 3 other bathrooms in the unit. There is also free in-suite laundry.
The price includes all utilities except for wifi, which is $16 a month.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished, whichever works best for you and the rest of the house is furnished.
The landlord is super responsive and easy to get along with! There is also free parking in the lot and it is right across from T&T!
5 mins walk from UW and there’s a bus stop around the corner that has buses that go right to Laurier!
Note that there is no central AC, but there are big windows for a portable unit if needed
