Furnished, private room available for rent in a spacious 6 1/2 from March to June ($600/ month) The room has a bed (can come with linens if desired), built-in closet space and an ikea dresser with its own private entrance facing the backyard.

We’re a couple in our 30s and we have a senior old man dog. We work and are not always around, so there’s a lot of privacy. We’re respectful, quiet and calm. We like to keep a clean space and would like to live with someone who values the same things as us. Since we already have a dog, we cannot allow more pets. The room is ideal for students or some looking for a transitional room.
