Hello! One room available in the second floor unit of a newly renovated house just minutes from Dundas and Lansdowne.

Rent is $900 and includes all utilities. The room is unfurnished, though it may be possible to purchase furnishings from the previous roommate, as she is moving across the country. The house gets plenty of natural light, has a spacious backyard that makes for pleasant summer afternoons, and a shared laundry room is attached. I will also be happy to share my Netflix password.

The house is just five minutes from a grocery store, and there are many great bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Also, the house is near two bus routes and both the Dundas and College street car, so transit is easily available.

I’m a quiet, respectful guy in his early thirties. I like music, tv, and video games. I like to cook and mix drinks. As a roommate I keep to myself, but I’m friendly and I hope my new roommate will also be a new friend!
