Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for a roommate, to move in with me, around May time frame (move in date flexible). It’s a 2 bed 2 bath (plus small den) one level townhouse, with a garage and 2 parking spots. It’s located in the south end of Guelph, walking distance to grocery shops (Zehrs, Food Basics & Longos), LCBO, Timmys, Starbucks, bus stops, and only a 10 min drive to stone road mall. I’m a young professional, a full time nurse (fully covid vaccinated!) that works in the area. Rent would be $1000/month + some help with utilities. Currently in the process of redecorating the whole place, but happy to share some photos if you’re interested!

I’m a pediatric and fertility nurse, working in the Kitchener/Guelph area. I really love to travel and spent some time working and living in Australia recently! I also enjoy staying fit with my spin bike and getting outside (especially in the summer) to go camping and cottaging! I’m tidy and clean, love to cook, and relax with a glass of wine!
