I am looking for a roommate to fill the room in my 2 bedroom condo. You would have your own bedroom, walk in closet and bathroom. The room comes unfurnished but the rest of the condo is. There is a balcony and our own in-suite laundry. The condo also comes with an underground parking spot. It is in walking distance to stores and restaurants and 2 minutes from the buses and the train. Cats or small dogs are allowed.

I am a young professional who works close to downtown Calgary. I am clean and easy to get a long with. I work some evenings and weekends so you would have the place to yourself during the day and some evenings. I enjoy my alone time but am also hoping I can find a roommate to be friends with.
