This property is a two level house, the downstairs is rented out to other tenants, and you would be renting the top floor with two roommates. Located in Renfrew Heights, and about a fifteen to twenty minute walk away from Superstore, Walmart, Canadian Tire, and both the Millennium line and Expo line (in opposite directions, of course 🙂) Buses are accessible as well, less than 10 minute walk to 25, 27, and 28. Very close to BCIT!

You would have your own private unfurnished room (currently occupied so no pictures), shared bathroom with roommate, shared living room area and kitchen with myself and my other roommate. Washing machine and dryer are in unit, not coin operated, in the main landing area/foyer. Street parking in front of house.

I’m a full time student, and I work at my university twice a week between September and April. Our other roommate would be a woman by the name of Casey, and her many plant babies 🌿 We’re both creative, queer, witchy, cook, bake, use pot (smoking outside is fine!), and are pretty laid back. I keep to myself a fair bit or am out running errands or doing my own thing, and aside from classes, music, games, we’re pretty quiet. Neither of us have pets, and if you have any, that’s something you might need to negotiate with our landlord if you decide you’d be interested in rooming with us.
