This is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment includes new kitchen cabinetry, new fridge and stove, walk-in shower, new toilet and vanity with storage, and new flooring throughout. Spacious, airy and sun-filled apartment near Victoria park and st clair, 3 stops to Victoria park subway, bus stop just a min walk away and 15 mins away from Downtown. It’s located close to and grocery shops, malls, gyms, parks etc. The bedroom (8.6’* 12.6’) is furnished (or can be made available unfurnished) with a new queen bed, a desk, a chair and a dresser. The living room has a sofa and a dining table with chairs, 50“ 4K android TV and coffee table. The building has 24 hours security, tenants are quiet, respectful and friendly. The moment I got in for viewing I said that’s it, I felt safe and comfortable which is very important to me. It’s worth for the rent amount. Let’s make it our home.

Note: I have one more room for $750. Either of the room is available and not both as I am flexible in living any room.

About me - I am a guy in early 30s, a full time employee of a top 5 Canadian banks, easygoing, responsible, respectful, usually very quiet and sociable. I enjoy cooking(I’m a vegetarian/vegan and have always lived with meat eaters, so NO problem for me with your diet), outdoor enthusiast as love hiking, biking, camping, traveling etc. Non-smoker, occasionally enjoy a glass of wine with food and a good company. I believe in a healthy lifestyle and positive attitude.
