Beautiful room in an apartment in Mile End/Plateau, right beside Jeanne-Mance park. A 30-minute walk or 20-minute bus to McGill campus, and a 25-minute bus to Concordia SGW campus. The apartment is a 3 bedroom, with a spacious living room, a balcony and a fire escape, and a washer and dryer in the unit (which is great during the winter so you barely need to leave the warmth of the apartment)! The bedroom itself has a closet. The room does not have a full window but has a small one that gets light from the room beside it. Because of this reason, we are offering a discounted rent cost.

Ixchel (female, 19) - I am a full-time Communications student at Concordia University. I’m responsible and easy-going. I am vegetarian, I love making coffee & I’m a huge foodie, I love all art forms (music, dance, photography, movies, etc.). I enjoy being social but I’m also mindful of quiet time and space.

Natasha (female, 20) - She is a full-time English lit student at Concordia University. She has a friendly cat named Remy. She loves to do artwork and make clothing! She is also vegetarian, so it would be nice to find someone else with the same diet, however, we are not against having meat in the kitchen :)
