About the room
Furnished room with double mattress + bed frame, dresser and desk. The room is upstairs and washroom is shared with 2 other clean and tidy females. The house has 3 female roommates (2 upstairs + 1 in the basement).
Common Areas: Kitchen and Living room are shared - we all are very tidy and respectful of everyone’s belongings. The Living room has a smart TV that everyone is welcome to use!
Location: Great location! There are grocery stores all around and the bus stop is a less than 5 min walk
We also have a community pool that’s really nice to use in the summer. It’s only for the people who live in the complex and there is key to enter the pool. It’s less than a minute walk from the house!
About the roomies
We are all in our early to mid twenties! Two of us have work-from-home jobs and our other roommate is in college. We are very friendly and tidy :)
