Sofie's room

We have one bedroom available as of May 1st 🙂 The location is a 5 min walk right across from Sheridan College (Trafalgar Campus). There is a grocery store right below our building, food places (there’s a great bubble tea shop right underneath :D) , walk in clinic, and even places to get a haircut. There is also a bus stop right outside the building, and the Go Train is about a 20 minute walk from us.

The price is $585 plus utilities. First and last month’s rent required. Room will be unfurnished. The room is the second largest room in the apartment 🙂

You will be sharing the space with two other girls. Kim, who is a student at Sheridan, and me :) I graduated from the Illustration program back in 2018, and now work full time (currently from home due to the Covid19 Pandemic) We both use she/her pronouns. Ideally, we’re looking for another current student or young professional. We’re fairly quiet and clean, looking for someone similar. We respect each other’s spaces and privacy, but will also occasionally sit down to share a meal or just chat! We have a cozy living room where we sometimes relax and play video games or watch movies. Kim enjoys baking, and is quite good at it! :D
