Mar's room

We’re looking for a new roommate for May 01. Our house is on a quiet side street just off Dundas & Dovercourt right in Little Portugal, steps from the LCBO, cafes, 7-11, grocery stores etc.

Our house is a massive 3-storey, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house built in 1910. We have central AC, dishwasher, shared laundry in the basement, front yard and large covered porch, backyard, BBQ, large livingroom, tons of closet space throughout the house.

The room available is the largest and is on the 3rd floor and has it’s own private full ensuite bathroom with tub. It’s also got a nook perfect for a home office space.

Rent is $952 all inclusive of bills, including wifi. It’s month to month and we’re flexible with short term / long term.

We are 3 women in our 30s and looking for someone chill, respectful and responsible to move in.

We work in music, admin, radio and literature. We’re all COVID-19 safe and responsible in the house.

2 of us work from home and have desks in our rooms. We are all very respectful of our shared spaces and clean up after ourselves (we have a dishwasher which makes things easier). We like to have a hang out on our porch or a movie night in the livingroom, but we’re also good with keeping space and giving people their alone time.

It’s such a big house, we often feel like we live alone in it.
