Just a couple blocks north of SAIT renting out extra room, have a backyard and parking spots. Private bathroom and fully furnished room, comes with all utilities, washer and dryer etc

My fiancé is leaving for school and we have an extra room we are looking to rent out to offset some costs. I work in IT and would probably fix all your computer problems. Allergic to cats so sadly won’t be ok with them but open to other well trained animals.
