Long term commitment is not required. Our leases start at 3 months for newcomers, with additional 6 month and 12 month options also available for working applicants who have a reasonable employment history and work references. Full time students and applicants starting new jobs with paid internships are also welcome to apply.

Newcomers to Canada do not need to be working at the time of application, however applicants need to show a valid work permit and must be actively seeking employment. We do have programs in place to assist new arrivals with their housing requirements. Reach out to us for additional details. For International students, you need to be enrolled in an accredited post secondary institution in Calgary with a valid study permit.

Comes fully furnished and offers plenty of room for your personal items with the additional hanging wardrobe and shelving unit. Includes fast WiFI connectivity and a comfortable workstation at the foot of your bed.
