Private furnished room for rent in a shared 2 bedroom, 3 story townhouse on a quiet street in Bells Corners. The bedroom for rent is small (approx. 9 x 8ft) but there is also a small nook/den (8 x 6ft) adjacent to the bedroom that will be yours to use. The den area could work as a study space or small sitting area. You will also have your own private full bathroom with a shower over a small tub. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. Internet, utilities, and one driveway parking space are included. Approx. a 35 min bus ride or 10 min drive from Algonquin College. Close proximity to several forest walking and biking trails.

The house will be shared with one roommate (and one cat). I’m a friendly, clean, open-minded and non-smoking individual with a relatively quiet lifestyle. I like music, the arts, the outdoors, and have traveled and lived abroad extensively due to my work. I want the house to feel friendly and welcoming but I also respect other people’s personal space/privacy. I’m hoping to share with someone similar. Available for a short term stays.
