Cecil Street

Looking for someone to sublet one of the two bedrooms. The room is quite cozy and has a large window that faces the side of the house. The unit itself is located in the first floor of the house and has one other room (that I am currently occupying), a decently large common area that contains the kitchen as well as one bathroom. There is a coin laundry in the basement shared with the occupants of the other units in the house. As for the area, the house is located in a quite and cozy street in downtown close to a lot of basic amenities (Rexall, banks, convenient stores, restaurants…etc) and uoft st George campus (5 minutes walking). The price is 800 per month (plus 35 for the wifi) but an early move in date in April will offer a 300 dollars discount on April’s rent. The sublet is expected to last until the end of August but there would be a possibility of extending the stay.

So I will be the only other occupants of the unit, and my name is Aniss, a 29 years old PhD student at uoft. I’d like to think that I am a quite and easy to leave guy with a very calm and simple lifestyle. I don’t drink nor smoke, but I do like to go out every once in a while to do some activities or even for a walk and I am also a pretty descent cook. I would like to have a roommate that is clean and quite with whom I could get along and hopefully be able to count as a friend.
