Hey! We’re looking for a 3rd roommate to occupy the second bedroom in a 3 bedroom unit at 1 Yorkville. The top left room in the floor plan. We’re thinking the room would go for about $1000 plus utilities. The building amenities are amazing and so is the unit it’s stunning.
We’re looking to sign a full year lease for May 1st. Females only please! We are hoping to sign ASAP so we don’t lose the unit, so let me know if you’re interested!
About the roomies
My roommate Maxine and I are both cheerleaders on the UofT cheer team and we’re both UofT students and I work full time. We’re both pretty chill but also definitely social and want someone we can be friends with!
