Looking for a fourth roommate in a 5 bdrm 3 bath home in well sought out neighborhood in the upper mission. Available July 1st (we will be moving in that day). 850$/month, including utilities and internet (would be split four ways). Damage deposit required. Long term preferable. References required.

House is furnished, you would just need to furnish your own room. Shared bathroom with female roommate downstairs and shared laundry with all roommates. There is a guest room with guest bathroom upstairs. Kitchen has granite countertops, house is bright and open 2800sq ft. Yard is fenced, fully irrigated. Lawn must be maintained due to city bylaws (keep this in mind for hydro for the summer months- might be slightly higher, utilities are split four ways). Lawn maintenance is required and lawn mowing is shared responsibility, if not, maintenance would be hired and there would be a charge for the summer months(so we decided we would do it ourselves). Lots of storage room. There is a walk out patio on the ground level to the backyard. Views of the city and lake, this house is located on the corner. Your room will be located downstairs, ground level. Small workout area downstairs. Must be ok with a small border collie dog (she’s very well trained, 30lbs). Ample of street side parking and also driveway parking. Male does have a summer business working on boats and jet skis, so in the summer, portion of the driveway will be occupied. But can still make it work (see photos for reference of how much room there is!). We’re extremely close to parks, popular hiking trails and the beach. Neighborhood Parks are located right outside the front door. 5 min drive down to the lakeshore beach access. The lakeshore wine route (summer hill, cedar creek, etc) is located 5 min drive away also! Did we mention, we love wine? There is a convenience/liquor store, small gym, dentist, cafe etc. Located 2 min drive in kettle valley. 5 min drive to get into lower Mission shop centres (dununzies, sunshine market, tbones), or 11 min drive to mission park shopping center (urban fare, banks, fast food, etc).

We’re a couple (one is the landlord) and female roommate + 30 lbs border collie (very well trained-unfortunately no more pets allowed, but we all love dogs). We’re pretty social people, so seeking someone that have similar interests! We do like host gatherings, but most times were pretty quiet working professionals and enjoy our quiet time. We’re easy going people, but do need someone to be clean as we are indeed pretty neat people (common areas). Other than that, pretty chill with you having guests over etc. (Given covid regulations will eventually Lift in the future). We’re 27-30 year old working professionals. We all work full time (two in healthcare and one is working up North). We love all things outdoors: biking, hiking, jet skiing, skiing, snowshoeing, paddle boarding, sledding. We’re pretty active people, can often catch the girls at the spin or yoga studios.
