About the room
We’re located on the corner of Dynes and Prince of Whales - a 20 minute walk (or bus ride) from campus. There are buses running directly to Carleton/Algonquin Campus (111) as well as Tunneys Pasture station (86, 89 - if you need to get Downtown/Kanata/Barrhaven).
McDonald’s, Tim Hortons, Groceries, and a Shoppers are all located within a 5 minute walk - along with a bunch of other restaurants. Additionally, Mooney’s Bay and the Rideau Canoe Club are also within walking distance - which feature volleyball courts, and running trails.
The room is located on the upper floor of the house (approx. 10 by 9 feet).
About the roomies
We’re a house of 4 guys either currently in university and recently graduated (End of 2020) and currently working full time. We’re all ~20-23 and have been at house for the past 4 years.
Ideally were looking for a roommate who is clean and respectful, and does not have an issue with the weekly rotating chores list. We’re looking for a roommate to fill the vacancy that is opening beginning of April.
