Hi everyone! I have 2 bedrooms available in a sunny 51/2 apartment with 2 bathrooms located in Old Port close to Square Victoria - OACI metro station and buses 168, 61 and 35 to take you downtown.

Available for 1 year lease starting September 1st 2021, however the new lease needs to be signed by April.

Rent is $946 CAD a month for each bedroom and it includes everything (electricity, heating, AC, wifi, washing & drying machines inside apartment).

The building is very well located, close to lots of restaurants, bars, clubs and coffee shops. Closest grocery store is opening right across the street and there is also a dep in the corner. The building also has a gym, rooftop with BBQ and swimming pool, lobby with study space and conference room that you can book for free.

Unfortunately my 2 other roomies will not be renewing the lease with me so I am looking for fun, friendly, respectful and clean roommates to share this amazing apartment with me. I am looking for people not only just to share a living place with me but to also enjoy each other’s company. I love doing dinners and movie nights once in a while with my roommates and I am looking for people that would enjoy that as much as I do!
