Seeking quiet, clean, pleasant, and professional female non-smoking roommate to share a great 2 Bedroom apartment, one full and one half-bath, sunny south facing, with balcony overlooking the city, modern, fully equipped kitchen, central air and heating, fast WiFi and cable TV. Room is unfurnished and would fit a single bed, small desk and wardrobe. It has a full closet. The rest of the apartment is nicely furnished. You’d have your own independent toilet/washroom with a shared shower in my washroom. Steps from St. Clair and Yonge Subway (about 200 meters) Grocery store, wine store, dollar store, hair dresser dentist and nail salon attached to apartment building – literally you don’t have to go outside!). Has a/c. Washer/ dryers are on the third floor. Included in rent are all utilities (you control the heat/ a/c in your room) / wifi and a quiet roommate. First and last month required. I am a single professional (49) currently working from home during the pandemic. I love theatre and movies and hanging out with my friends and family and long walks.
