Hello! I’m looking for one roommate for a spacious 4 ½ on Sherbrooke/Clarke! Move-in May 1st with some flexibility. Utilities included in the rent (765$/month per person + Wi-Fi). 5 min to Provigo and Jean Coutu. 5 min to metro Place des Arts and Saint-Laurent. 15 min to McGill campus. 2 min to Saint-Laurent and nightlife. The apartment is partially furnished. High ceilings and south-facing windows in the rooms. Really nice and responsive landlord, handyman in the building who will respond very promptly. Washer/dryer in the building.

I am a bilingual (EN/FR) McGill Student and Starbucks barista! I’m fluent in both English and French, I speak conversational Korean and German and am currently learning Mandarin Chinese. I am currently majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Linguistics. I’m quiet, very tidy and and easygoing. In my spare time, I like to learn languages and play video games. 😁
