I am in my 30s, working 50% of the time from home (in the living room / my bedroom), regular hours (weekdays 9-5). I am clean and tidy and expect you to be the same. While I respect your privacy and need mine respected, I hope to find a friend to talk to, cook with and go for a walk, etc. Students are welcomed (I am a grad of Ryerson!)

Looking for a female roommate, ideally 20-30 years old, Ryerson student or a young professional for the den (bigger than my bedroom! But doesn’t have a window or closets) with private bathroom and a closet. Rent includes unlimited high speed Internet, all utilities (heating/cooling), water and hydro.

• Address is 21 Lawren Harris Square (King and River - downtown Toronto). New condo but amenities are closed due to Covid (dishwasher, washer/dryer in the unit)
• Unfortunately there is no parking or extra storage available
• For one person only and no partying or sleepovers
• No pets and absolutely no smoking (even outside)
• For minimum three months (I’ll ask for last month’s rent and a $200 refundable key deposit)
• I’ll do background / credit check
• The room / den is unfurnished (you need at least a bed, mattress and closet) but the rest of the home is furnished (from TV and sofa to pots and dishes).
• Available from May 1
