Hi! I am looking for someone to rent the second room in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in downtown Victoria starting in May. Rent is $1,000 per month, utilities included. The apartment has a washer, dryer and dishwasher. It is on the 15th floor and has an amazing view. The building has a gym and common area to work in.

A little about me: I am a friendly, clean, respectful, and independent person, but I do enjoy being social, watch movies, go out and hang out with people I live with. *I might be getting a small dog this summer.
