Hi! I am looking for female roommate to rent the second room in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in downtown Victoria starting in May. Rent is $900 per month, utilities included. The apartment has a washer, dryer and dishwasher. It is on the 15th floor and has an amazing view. The building has a gym and common area to work in. *Must be okay with a little dog living in the apartment every once in a while 🐶

A little about me: I am a 22 year old that is friendly, clean, respectful, and an independent person, but I do enjoy being social, watch movies, go out and hang out with the people I live with. *I might be getting a small dog this summer.
