Fully furnished bedroom located in the heart of Mount Pleasant for one person. Looking for quiet, responsible working professional or Undergraduate/ Graduate student. All utilities included. Only per month additional charges are $30 for house cleaning of shared spaces and $5-10 for shared daily materials.

Room contains a queen size bed, an antique maple wood desk with 5 drawers, desk and chair, a small closet for hanging clothes, a tall 5-shelf library/storage unit, a 4-shelf/ 2 drawer cherry wood armoire, a small one-drawer/ one-shelf cabinet and a fan.

The suite is shared with 3 others (2 males, 1 female) and everyone is responsible for their own food, cooking and cleaning.

Shared, small bathroom with vintage claw-foot bathtub and shower.

Shared, very large dining room with fridge, table and chairs. The room has a view looking west and to Olympic Village/ downtown Vancouver.

Shared, small, fully functional kitchen with gas stove/oven, microwave, toaster, slow cooker, griller, dishware and cookware. No dishwasher. Laundry in building.

All amenities very close by…

• short 2 minute walk to Main Street and Broadway for all types of restaurants, coffee shops, local shops/ brew pubs, Nesters Market, Buy Low, BC Liquor Store and Shoppers Drug Mart at Kingsgate Mall, etc.

• 10 to 15-minute walk to Cambie Street for Save-On Foods, Whole Foods, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Best Buy and both the Broadway and Olympic Village SkyTrain stations.

• bus service is 2 minutes away for the 99 B-Line, #3 Main, #8 Fraser and #19 Kingsway buses.

• 7 to 10 minute walk to the #84 UBC bus stop at Main and East 2nd Avenue, and to Main Street SkyTrain.

• Two blocks away is Jonathan Rogers Park offering playing fields, a playground and spots for resting and taking in the views of downtown Vancouver. One of Vancouver’s best coffee houses, Milano Coffee Roasters right on the park at 8th Ave.

• If you cycle, jog or like to take in a walk, Olympic Village and the False Creek Seawall is 10 minutes away. The north Seawall (downtown) brings you to Science World, David Lam Park, Sunset Beach, English Bay and into Stanley Park (Second & Third beaches).
