Bedroom is in the basement with private bathroom / shower. Bedroom has a single bed with 3 drawers underneath, wardrobe, no closet. The bed can also be removed if you have your own. Furnished shared rumpus room in basement (common space). Main floor living room common space. Close 5 - 7 drive or approx. 15 minute bus ride to U of S. Shared Kitchen, shared main floor laundry. Street Parking available. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Utilities & Internet Included. Air Conditioning. No pets, no smoking / vaping, no cannibas, no parties.

Both male occupants are quiet, easy going 3rd year U of S students. Both occupy the 2nd floor of the house.
