I am looking for a roommate for a 2 bed / 2bath apartment on the 22nd floor. The apartment will be fully modernly furnished. Your room has its own closet and its own bathroom just for you.

The building is pet friendly on Alberni street, there will be a well-behaved dog in the apartment with you, who will probably ignore you all the time :D but you should like dogs. If you have a cat, that’s fine. Price for a couple $ 1300.

Close to everywhere, close to the skytrain- Burrard station.

Short-term rental is okay. Non-smokers please, we do not have a balcony.

You will share the living room and kitchen with me and my boyfriend. We are a working professional, (8am -5pm), 26 y.o., and we have a small shiba inu dog. We are friendly, clean, and respect your privacy. Since you have your own room and bathroom, we will probably only see each other when you want :D If you have any questions let me know :)
