This property is very close to the University of Waterloo campus. It is on Lester street which is very central to the UWP plaza. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, desk chair, fridge, and living room table as well as a couch. It also comes with a dishwasher and all utilities are included except for hydro. The deposit is 800$ for key deposit and Last month’s rent.

We are a group of 4 girls, 2 in engineering and 2 in Psychology. We will be in 2nd year in the fall at the University of Waterloo.
