It’s an adults only building so no kids and must be quiet and responsible. This is a excellent location, right off of the 401 between Brock Road and Liverpool, right across the street from the Pickering Recreation Centre, a very short walk/drive to the Pickering Town Centre, Walmart and multiple grocery stores. Also a 10 min walk to The Pickering GO Train station making it an ideal location if you needed to commute into Toronto without having to live downtown. The unit is furnished, the bedroom is not. Looking for a female, 25-35 yrs old, a working professional, and must be vaccinated.
