Sage Creek Boulevard

I am renting out the second room, with its own private bathroom and living room at my apartment in Sage Creek. (Not Furnished) It’s beautiful and brand new and close to everything! (There is also a pool, gym, and clubhouse)

I am the only other roommate. I’m a female in my twenties working through my degree! I’m very relaxed, keep everything clean, and will leave you to your own space. I am super friendly and outgoing however so I’m down for Netflix and wine nights! I am cool with pretty much anything if you just talk with me!
