Old Yale Road

As my current roommate moves out at the end of May, a room in our shared apartment becomes vacant. The building is conveniently located close to the centre of Abbotsford and to all kind of shopping, eating and transit amenities. The apartment itself is very spacious for two people to live in and offers plenty of daylight due to the southwards orientation and bay-windows in the living room. For the dark and cold time of the year, a fireplace offers a nice and comfortable warmth. There is a dining area next to the open kitchen that at least four people can comfortably sit in and the westbound balcony is perfect for BBQ evenings to catch the last rays of daylight. The vacant room has enough space for a bed, shelf, dresser and a small table and more space to relax can be found in the living and dining room. The private room will most likely come unfurnished (could be discussed with my current roommate if desired), but the rest of the apartment is furnished and also includes in-suit laundry and dryer.

You would be sharing the apartment with me, Lukas. I really enjoy any kind of outdoor activities and sports, for which the apartments location is a perfect homebase and I’m a structural engineer, working full time here in Abbotsford. Beside that I’m also learning the piano at the moment, so occasionally you will have to bear with me practising some pieces. But I’m very open to critique and the judgment of your musical ear ;D (also the volume of the digital piano is fortunately adjustable) I’ve always enjoyed it very much to establish a friendly environment and relation with all my past roommates, so if you’re not only looking to share an apartment, but also to spend time cooking, dining or doing outdoor activities as a flat-share-community, you’ve come to the right place!
