You will have the option of the Larger ($950/month) or Smallest Bedroom ($825/month) **Utilities extra (Approx $60-$90/month) Largest Room =165 inches x 118 inches (+ closet) **Available Jan 1st Smallest Room = 136 inches x 95 inches (+ closet) **Available Feb 1st Entire Unit is newly renovated: -Unit is about 1000 square feet total -with hardwood floors, -completely new, bright & spacious bathroom, -all new paint & lighting. (Very bright!) -Right off of Bayview Avenue (Near Eglinton) -Very Pedestrian & TTC friendly/accessible area! -Brand New Washer/Dryer in Unit. -Open-Concept Kitchen/ Dining Room / Living Room main area. -The Bathroom is beautiful! Huge tub! Large layout. But doesn’t photograph well (Lighting, reflections off of all the tile)

About Me: I ( 35 - F) work full-time at a medical office nearby, and part time at a restaurant. I am gluten-free due to Celiac, and am looking for someone who is also Gluten-Free (BONUS!) and/or prioritizes a clean kitchen due to this (does their dishes thoroughly and in a timely fashion). I need the apartment to be quiet after 11pm on weeknights (Not someone who pulls all-nighters regularly). I love CostCo, and the Unit is stocked with the essentials! About you: -You have been fully vaccinated already (COVID / Flu) -You have successfully lived in a shared environment before (I’d like former roommate references) -You are looking for a respectful, easy going, communicative, healthy home environment -You grew up having chores, expectations and accountability as a child (or Mastered these things in Adulthood) Outdoor Smoking is fine, but not indoors. Unfortunately, we are not allowed pets 😢
