1 bedroom for rent in a 4 bedroom house starting on September 1st. The bedroom is a decent size and has alot of storage space.

Located in Lowertown, in walking distance to a metro grocery store, LCBO, pharmacies and many cafes and parks. 5 minute bus ride or 20 minute walk to UOttawa 25 minute walk to the bymarket/rideau area. The bus stop is 2 minutes away from the house. The neighborhood is quiet.

Hydro, reliance and internet not included. We also split cost on everyday household items.

You will be living with 3 girls, 2 young professionals and 1 uottawa student. We’re calm and open-minded. They enjoy having dinner together and chilling on the balcony with a glass of wine.

We’re looking for someone who is easy going and friendly, and who preferably has experience with living in shared accommodations. We try to split chores evenly as well by working with a rotation system.
