About the room
We are two college student males in the creative arts industry looking for a 3rd roommate for the 3rd room in a 3 bedroom basement apartment with 1 shared bathroom.
Unit is located on Dundas and Broadview in Riverside and lease is to start on 1st day in April or May. Steps away from streetcar. No parking, no smoking inside and must be mindful of noise. We’re looking for somebody that respects the city’s COVID restrictions.
Apartment is furnished with a living room with sofa and TV and bedroom is partially furnished. All utilities included, including internet and washer/drier.
Located in downtown Toronto near FreshCo, Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Pizza Pizza, A&W, Riverdale Park East and many more.
