Ash's room

A ten minute walk to Superstore is this 1500sq feet three bedroom unit in a fourplex. There’s a huge deck, and a place to garden. It is a quick drive to downtown with close access to the highway.

This semi-communal home is tucked away on a quiet street surrounded by nature. We want an environment where everyone talks to each other we’d like to share the garden and occasionally meals. We each have a cat and generally look out for each other. We want to avoid a “rooming house” vibe and be at least sort of all friends? There are certainly more updated places on the market but we think all the green space on the property and convenient location outweighs the old carpet and front door that could use a fresh coat of paint. Due to Covid, we’ve been asked to bring our classes and office work home. For that reason the extra large livingroom converts to a library-office from 8-4 Monday to Friday. Our desks are there all the time but outside of those hours we use our own rooms for workspaces. One of us is a student with a few part time jobs the other works full time from home during the day. We’re youngish females who like to have drinks together occasionally but also like to do our own thing.
