We are looking for a roommate! We have 1 room (unfurnished) for rent in a 3 bedroom 1 Bathroom apartment right on the Danforth. Available May 1st or earlier. Your name would be added to the month-to-month lease. The apartment features in-unit laundry, bright and clean shared living room(s) and kitchen, outdoor deck and skylight in living space (as well as in the room being rented out!). The room is 10.5 x 8.5 feet and has a built-in closet. Location is a 5 minute walk away from all amenities!- grocery (Metro, Freshco, Loblaws), pharmacy (Shopper’s DrugMart), TTC (Main Street or Victoria Park subway), LCBO and Tokyo Smoke. My name is Alex and my boyfriend and I are relocating to New Brunswick! We have lived at this location for 2 years and it’s one if the best places we have ever lived. Our 2 roommates (1M, 1F) are very friendly and both work in film/entertainment. One is a First Assistant Director for film and TV and one works as a stunt man at Medieval Times. They are both Covid safe and new tenant would be expected to be as well. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and pets are allowed!
