Caitlin's room

Beautiful basement suite in a great quite area of the city. About 1000 square feet. Fish creek is literally 2 min away! Your room could easily fit a king bed. Big closets! There’s storage under the stairs too! And the back yard is huge:) that is shared with the landlady upstairs. She’s awesome, very friendly and helpful! The bills vary, water is usually around 70$/mo. and energy ranges anywhere from 150 in the summer to 300 in the winter. Internet is 80$ So between the 2 of us it isn’t too too bad!:) if needed we could discuss a flat rate for bills to make it easier on you. I understand it can be expensive, so I don’t mind picking up the difference if need be.p

I’m almost 33; currently working part time because of covid. I have 2 cats and a super cute little dog, so she keeps me busy! Love being outside in the summer, exploring and getting exercise. I’ve very down to earth, easy goin, fun and friendly. Dont mind winding down with a bottle of wine everyone once in a while;) 420 frindly however I don’t know how my landlady feels about it so I just keep it discrete. When my bf is in town I spend the week at his house. So the place is to yourself every 2 weeks! I pop in to feed the cats and clean the litter of course:) I could probably help furnish the room if needed. We have our own laundry room with storage as well:)
