Location: King west and Jameson area (Parkdale) 1 minute walk from 504 king street car and 5 minute walk to lakeshore waterfront. Relationship to unit: Tenants seeking roommate. Lease Terms: May 1st move in date. You will be added to the existing lease with the landlord. We are looking for a long-term (longer than 6 months) housemate. However, if you are a good fit for the house we will consider shorter periods, with a minimum of 3 months. Required Documents: Proof of income, credit check and first + last months rent. Additional information: About the house: 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, backyard, rooftop patio/deck, 2 car driveway, large living room and kitchen (with washer/dryer) as well as a basement room (currently empty) and garage. Your room is upstairs, is large (15ft x 15ft) and has an ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower and wardrobe. Location is great as we are right off king street, so easy access to the city with the streetcar and 5-15minutes walk to the lake, basketball courts and multiple parks which is amazing in summer. There’s also a supermarket within 2 minutes walk and lots of restaurants along King and Queen street.

About us: 2 males, 32 and 28. I work in design/media, and Graham recently got here from New Zealand and work in software sales. We are easy going, but keep the place tidy and respect each other’s space, especially during the week while we work. We are independent but will often watch or play sports, or go for a beer somewhere in our free time.
