I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment to, starting mid-May (bedroom furniture not included). It is located in garneau, about a 10-15 minute walk from the U of A. You would get the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and share the rest of the unit with a girl who is a masters student at the U of A. Our lease ends on the last day of July, where you would have the option to renew the lease and potentially would need to find a new roommate, depending on whether my roommate who lives here now will be renewing or not. Your half of rent would be $700, not including utilities (roughly $25/person each month) or wifi ($55/person each month). The unit comes with 2 parking spots, one in a small parking garage (which my roommate uses), and another right outside our parking garage space. Unfortunately, the place is not pet-friendly.

The girl who will be living here with you is 23 years old and is a masters student at the U of A. Whether she needs to do any in-person tasks for her masters will determine if she is renewing the lease in August. She’s a quiet, polite, relaxed individual, and keeps the place tidy.
