Hey there! We have 2 rooms available in the Mile End starting in May Apartment: The apartment is in the Mile End, close to Bernard, St. Viateur, cafés, PA, and other nice businesses! Excellent location! The apartment is very spacious (two bathrooms, two living rooms, a large kitchen, 2 balconies and 4 bedrooms). There is lots of light and lots of plants all around.
Room 1: The room is clean, big, bright, and very quiet. There is a large amount of closet space, and it’s an excellent space for a home office as well. Price: $485 (rent)+ 10$ (internet) + $60 (hydro) = $555
Room 2: Cozy room, with lots of light and a little private balcony. There is also a closet, and the room can be fully furnished if desired. Price: $465 (rent)+ 10$ (internet) + $60 (hydro) = $535
