Laundry room is located in the basement, with access to the garage for bike storage. No parking spaces available at this time. The room is unfurnished with a small closet space, and a window facing the south side. Shared kitchen and washroom. There’s space for other furnitures If needed. Cedarvale Park is a 20 min walk through the trail behind the building and Casa Loma is just south of St. Clair. Great area to live.

I’m Natalie, the other mate living in this space, I’ve lived here a few years now, and it has been a big blessing. My home is an oldie, very warm and very cozy. :) I am a clean and tidy person, I spend my days out and about or bingeing a series. :D I work as a cook during summer/fall and as snow removal operator during the winter.
