Julia's room

I live in Verdun near the water & boutiques. It’s a very pleasant area to live and is in continuous development. Verdun is a very friendly community. I have a double living room ( closed off) furnished & spacious to rent. In a renovated big 4 1/2 with a big backyard that needs tender , loving & care. I also have an unfinished basement that is used for storage. Verdun is very close to Downtown but it’s a cute city on it’s own with a protected bird sanctuary. Living by the saint- Lawrence river is wonderful. I am mostly looking for a student to share my home. Julia
