About the room
Utilities are NOT included ( 950+ hydro, electricity, wifi)
Has a laundry room. Large Living room/common area, good size bathroom with tub
The property is very close to many shops in the area. This area is known as wallace-emerson. There is a freshco, pet valu and Rexall 2 minutes away at the intersection of Dufferin and Dupont. Walking distance to Dufferin station (10mins) or a Bus south dufferin (3mins). There is a cute brewery that you can see from the bedroom with a parkette across, great for relaxing in the park. Sobeys, Food basics, Loblaws are not far from the area. The only con would be the trains, but honestly they are quite calming.
The room is the largest in the house, pretty good size closest. Lots of space (I could fit double bed, dresser, and large desk easily with space for my yoga.)
There is a balcony on the side and you can actually go on the roof, need to get a ladder but we did it for New Years.
About the roomies
You will be living with two other people, Male and female ages 25 and 26. They are very close friends, known each other since childhood. One just finished her undergrad and will be looking for work. She mostly keeps to herself but is such a bubbly personality. The male works part-time and attends Humber college. He loves to make music, has a little recording mic in his room. Which is super cool. He loves to play uno and clean.
Honestly really great people. I am only moving because I need to focus on school and its hard to focus when all I want to do is hang with my friends
