Extremely private attic bedroom suite with the use of your own bathroom, recently fully renovated. Lots of street parking in front of my house, a quiet street with backyard outdoor space! My family consists of me and my 3.5 year old cat Cashew who is a traditional ragdoll male and very lovable! We are quiet and enjoy cooking, music, watching a good movie, and going for walks around the neighborhood. I am a non-smoker and would prefer that my roommate also is a non-smoker
