I am looking for a roommate for a fantastic condo unit. The unit is 1,100 square feet, large floor to ceiling windows, in-suite laundry, a balcony, dishwasher, and more! The unit is perfect for roommates as the rooms are on opposite sides of the unit and are separated by the living room and kitchen. The listed price is for the smaller room with the cheater en-suite bathroom. Alternatively, if you wanted the master it would be $1200. I would be happy with either arrangement.

The condo building has everything that you would expect from a luxury building including pool, exercise room, party room, etc. The unit will also have an exercise area with a Schwinn Airdyne, bands, yoga balls, and anything else you might like to add!
