This is a shared apartment. I am looking for a new roommate. I am moving out to move in with my girlfriend, otherwise I would never leave this amazing spot. Instead of living in a low-quality shoe box in an ugly neighbourhood, share this huge 2 bedroom apartment with huge corner windows along the entire common living area in the amazing Old Port district. The apartment is located two blocks from the St. Laurence and downtown is only 10-15 min by foot. The next metro station (Square Victoria or Place d’Armes) are less than 5 min away. The apartment has two bedrooms (1 for each roommate) and has an extra room, currently used for storage. The kitchen and living room area is huge with exposed brick and cast-iron columns.
