Rent is $950 all inclusive. Parking spot available, ( If required) Fully furnished, other than bedroom. Your room includes: wifi, hydro, water, Netflix, Disney plus, a private balcony, shared kitchen, own bathroom, washer/ dryer, and dish washer.

First and last month required.

Close to Algonquin college, dog parks, biking trials, and schools.

Looking for a working professional, clean, respectful, and enjoys animals. Non smoker. Prefer female roommate.

I do have an 8 month old German shepherd, who is very friendly, good with people, dogs and cats.
