College Avenue West

Room is on the top level of a 3 storey townhouse. It shares a bathroom with one other bedroom on that level (yet to be rented). The house is clean and well-maintained with updated appliances. Renters will have full access to kitchen, laundry, and living room. The bedroom will be furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk. The house is close to a bus stop and UofG.

Current residents include a small dog and his 2 mums who occupy a room on the main level of the house. We are clean and quiet (no parties) and open to anyone respectful who also loves dogs :)
